SWORD Cards were created to encourage believers to Speaking Words Of Righteous Declarations whenever their thoughts or behaviors do not align with their identity as Imago Dei—God’s image bearers.

Biblical declarations and proclamations are an act of worship because they affirm God’s character and express a desire to become more like Him. As believers prayerfully declare God’s Word and submit to the work of the Holy Spirit, He renews their minds, forms Christlike character within them, and strengthens an identity that increasingly reflects the image of Christ. This ongoing work of sanctification enables believers to bear God’s image more faithfully in their personal lives and as they engage the culture.

Each set of 15 cards is designed to be a practical tool for spiritual formation. One side contains a carefully selected Bible verse that addresses specific thought patterns or behaviors. The reverse side features powerful proclamations to be spoken aloud, reinforcing biblical truth so that the mind is renewed and the believer’s identity is progressively conformed to the image of His Son—the exact representation of God.
